VOIP for beginners

You may have heard of Skype, the internet telephony. It is famous for its clarity and connectivity as the most convenient internet telephony software. Now here is a mobile which is fully Skype enabled. USRobotics has recently launched its Dual Purpose Skype VOIP ( Voice Over Internet Protocol) phone that lets you use Skype and your normal landline all from a single handset.

VoIP, basically, converts the voice signal from your telephone into a digital signal that travels over the internet then converts it back at the other end so you can speak to anyone with a regular phone, a mobile phone or USB VOIP Phone.
