Truphone Gives iPad VoIP over 3G

I didn’t know that you could make VoIP calls using the iPad, but apparently you can thanks to Truphone’s new VoIP app. Truphone’s VoIP apps for the iPhone, iPod Touch, and iPad allows users to call other Truphone users, Google Talk users, and Skype users. There’s also instant messaging support for Truphone, Skype, MSN, Google Talk, and Facebook. With theTruphone for iPad 2.0 app, iPad users can make full VoIP calls over 3g, search using the Truphone Directory, import their TruFriends and IM listing, and send and receive SMS.
