Apple iPhone, Cisco iPhone… What About Nuvio iPhone?

Ever since Apple iPhone was announced we’ve seen a barrage of media reports about Apple’s infringement of Cisco’s “iPhone” trademark. There was a lawsuit, brief break in hostilities, and recently Cisco resumed its attack with ads in New York Post.
However amidst all that we’ve somehow overlooked another company that uses the iPhone trademark in USA. The company in question is Nuvio, a provider of VOIP services. read more?
