Wall Street Journal tech reviewer Walt Mossberg has the most awesome job in the world because he gets to play with all the coolest toys before anyone else can. That’s why there’s no reason to doubt him when he says that the
3G iPhone will be out in no less than two months! Apparently, the reason why it won’t arrive sooner is because the Apple tech guys are still working on improving the iPhone’s battery life. In any case, Mossberg’s announcement more or less confirms the wild rumors circulating around the interwebs about the next generation of iPhones. There’s no word as to whether the 3G iPhone can support VoIP and video conferencing yet, but what use would a 3G phone be if it can’t handle those features? We’re all waiting with bated breath til June 4!
