Skype 4.0 Beta

Skype 4.0 beta 3 was released a couple of days ago and there are a few new things in this version, the most notable of which is an abuse report feature that gives you the option to report any users you want to block. Skype also added a bandwidth manager that enables better call quality and the Call Quality feedback area for users to report any fuzzy connections.

Another new thing in Skype 4.0 beta 3 are the full History features as promised when they launched Beta 2. Now users can search through past conversation by event type (incoming calls, outgoing calls, instant messages, etc), making it much easier to retrieve conversations and find out who was in the conversation and what was said. To access the History features, just click on the History button below the Conversation tab.

Finally, Skype 4.0 beta 3 has a new download manager for file transfers and a spiffy new look for Windows Chrome.
