PLDT DSL really sucks. I have to pay 3000 per month for a suposed 3Mbps speed but barely get 1.5Mbps (1.7Mbps if I'm lucky). They don't want to give a rebate. They refused to downgrade my account. at pinagbabayad pa kami kung magddowngrade daw!!! Sinungaling pa mga technicians nila. Kesyo, tinransfer na raw kmi from Legacy to IPDSLAM but when I confirmed sa Customer Service sa SM North aba imposible nmn dw mangyari yun! Yung customer service rep din nila walang alam, basta basta na lang kmi pinayagan mag-upgrade to 3mbps only to find out after 2 months (and a bill of 8000++) na up to 2.2 Mbps lng kaya ng net namin dahil nga nasa Legacy p kmi. Ang pangalan ng customer service rep na basta basta lng nag-upgrade samin without informing us or checking our account is ARNEL QUERIJERO. Dito cia sa SM North PLDT makikita.
