Smart Bro Sucks
I just spent my mornings trying to get in touch with Smart Bro support (672-7277). It’s no joke to call their support because you can be in queue for 30 minutes. Today, I took the pains to call them to first report a slow connection. The time is 9:00 AM. The lady first picked up the call , made me get the IP address and physical address and our line got cut.
I attempted a second call to report that there was no connection at all. It took almost 45 minutes. This time “Butter” replied and after the usual reporting of the IP address and Physical address, my line got cut again.
A third call. I got disconnected.
I am in my 4th call. The time is 11:49 AM.
Smart Bro really sucks big time.

hindi naman, try to apply as a customer service then you’ll find out that its not really the customer service fault but its the management, customer service are just a person who handle your concern, kung meron mang mali it should be the management fault.

Calling any Customer Care is a real pain in the ass regardless on what company it is. The Hotline serves not only the inquiry but also the billing, technical, and other field. Let us also put into consideration the volume of useless/prank calls that a hotline is receiving.
I am advising you guys to always try calling *888 via your SMART sim cards then in case you failed don’t hesitate to visit any nearest wireless center to report your concern about your SMARTBRO. Wireless Center Customer Care Officer will create a report to be escalated not to the hotline personnel but to the Technical Department directly.
