Apple to Provide VoIP Over WiFi

iPhone holders may be able to use wireless VoIP over WiFi very soon. Developers now have a window to make VoIP programs that’ll definitely save you call minutes once you’re on a WiFi hot spot. Of course, Apple’s going to prevent it from making calls over the cell network to protect AT&T, but at least they’re taking a step in the right direction now. The iPhone is very lacking as a mobile phone and Windows Mobile has had this feature for quite some time now. We’ll see how this works out.
