IP Video Conferencing
I was present during the demo of IP Video Conferencing featuring Hon. Simeon Kintanar, Zeev Bregman, CEO Comverse and Oliver Hersent , CTO, Netcentrex. This demo was held at the recent VOIPCon 2006 athe World Trade Center. The Hon Simeon Kintanar mentioned that the voice was a bit choppy. It’s either our dsl lines are not fast enough to send packets of data to Paris, the originating call or vice-versa. VoIP calls are still dependent on the broadband connection. Unfortunately, our broadband throughput is inadequate.
